Thomas Lim is the Director of the Digital Media and Entertainment Cluster at the IDA. He heads the Digital Media and Entertainment iN2015 initiative aimed at developing Singapore into a Digital Assets Marketplace – the digital creation, processing, management, and distribution of distribution of digital content and services through Singapore, to develop Singapore as a vibrant Digital Ecosystem.  Thomas also looks after Infocomm Start-Ups and growth segments such as Computer Animation, Games for Learning, Digital Cinema, and Connected Games.  A proponent of interactive & digital media, Thomas also contributes actively towards several national digital initiatives.  In his personal capacity, Thomas is a games inventor and a novelist as well.
